Yesterday, the San Antonio Express-News posted a story on an effort spearheaded by Houston’s St. Arnold’s brewery and supported by other microbreweries in Texas to ease state laws that restrict direct distribution of their brews.
I have a couple of problems with a story in today’s Chronicle about the city seeking “expert” opinions from community activists such as ACORN in order to fix Houston’s “affordable housing” program. I don’t blame
